    We recommend the use of Opera for the best experience with VideoFacilitator
    You may also try Chrome, Brave, Edge and other chromium based browsers.
  • BANDWIDTH
    Participants require a 4Mbps up and 4Mbps down for best performance.
  • MOBILE
    Mobile devices are supported via the VideoFacilitator iOS App and Android App.
  • MICROPHONE AND WEBCAM
    You must enable access to your microphone and webcam to your browser.
    There may also be operating system specific settings you may need to change.
  • SHARING SCREEN
    On a Mac you may need to enable screen recording in your operating system to allow screen sharing.
  • NETWORK
    VideoFacilitator requires access to specific ports to work.
    At a minimum the following requirements must be met and may require your company's IT department to allow access to the following
    - Open TCP port 443
    - Open UDP Port 10000-20000
    - Whitelist the domain videofacilitator.com

    If you cannot connect to our platform, try to disconnect from any corporate VPN or network you may be behind
    Some firewall/proxy rules only allow for SSL traffic over port 443.
    You will need to make sure that non-web traffic can also pass over this port.
